Congradulations, you are even lower on the social ladder than gays. Do you want to die from Aids, is that what you want? |

I would suggest going on youtube. There is a HUGE FTM community there and they answer questions that people have in videos and most are quite happy to talk to anyone who wants to talk and to answer questions Here are some guys that I think are particularly great and intelligent Reesekelly dominoayejae charlesasher cheghench(he's the closest to your age- he's 17) snipncody |

I think that you need to give yourself a bit of time to find yourself. I know that you said you already came to a conclusion, but you're still young and hormones are crazy, confusing things that often trick the body and mind into believing things. I'm 17 and still extremely confused about a lot of aspects of my body and mind. I remember questioning whether or not I wished I was born male a few years ago. All of my heroes and icons were male, as were my friends. I loved gay/ bisexual guys and actually kind of wanted to be one. I never considered myself transgendered, though, since I've always thought of myself as female and wouldn't rather be male. I think I was just beginning to find penises appealing, but I mistook it to mean that I wanted to have one. I gave myself time and now, I'm extremely proud to be female. I know myself better and after pondering over my gender, I'm glad that I was born female. I know that not everyone is proud to have their bodies and I'm not saying that everyone will just "grow out of it ", but all I'm saying is that you don't need to rush into making conclusions or actions. Give yourself time to think about it. A lot of people aren't sure about their identity until well after their 18th birthday. Good luck! :) |
