Someone please help, am i transgender?

Question: Someone please help, am i transgender?

(Posted by: Logan Serp on 2010-02-26 09:11:31)

I am a 15 year old "boy ", for years now I have had feelings of wanting and needing to be a girl. Every time I see a girl, I find myself jealous of them. In attempts to indulge these feelings I have recently grown out my hair, buying feminine hair and body products, buying some girls' clothing, practicing using a female voiceconducting research into transgenderism, looking up female names I might like to go by, taking beter care of myself, trying some non- hormonal methods of feminising my bodies, and using exercises to feminize my body. I haven't told anyone about these feelings and i am worried because if i really do feel this way then my body is changing in a way that horrifies me.

You sound transsexual, the first step is to discuss it with a gender therapist and work out some of the details. You need to find out when and what you can do, you are at the perfect age to learn this as next year you can start hormones This is a site for young people (under 35) to discuss the issue TrueSelves.com (all) susans.org/ Here is a list of therapists to see who can help you get started in working out the issues DrBecky.com/ therapists.html Definition t-vox.org/ index.php?title= Transgender webmd.com/ sex/ gender-identity-disorder Here is a list of educational sites that can help you learn about the issue On this site you can find a list of people who fit into society perfectly LynnConway.com Help in transitioning TSRoadmap.com transsexual.org/ index.html transgendercare.com/ A Surgeons Site marcibowers.com/

You are a girl trapped in a male body. Wrap a rubberband around your testis to keep blood from going to them so no more testosterone can get into your body. And in three years have the surgery.

I'm the same age, different problem. I have always wondered about being a girl, and being jealous sometimes, but really I'm happy to be a guy, even though I did think of the surgery, only for laughs though. If you still feel this way in sometime, say a couple of years, get the surgery, thousands have, if that's the only you can be happy do it. Oh, and by the way maybe you just want to look a certain way, I know it sounds crazy, but it could very well be true. Good luck, my friend. Hope you find what you're looking for.

You can wait until ur teenage hood ends (18-19) so that hormonal changes wont affect your behavior and feelings and so u will be sure about what u wanna do in ur life (to become a woman or not ). there r many possibilitie for you to change about the way u feel, due to the hormonal changes. keep in mind that later if u take that decision (to become a woman), u have to visit a psychologist etc to clear your mind and your thoughts, so that u ll be sure about ur decision. just be sure about the non-hormonal methods u use to feminise your body, so that they will not have bad effects in your health. (ask a doctor-keep in mind that health is the greatest wealth). take care :)
